Working in collaboration with Assemble Events Ltd, Cameron Events was tasked with delivering a cohesive production and event environment across the conference and summit spaces.
The event required a contemporary, premium feel that would support keynote presentations, networking and panel discussions, while reinforcing the event branding throughout the delegate experience.
Cameron Events delivered a full production solution incorporating a super-wide LED wall with bespoke animated content, event lighting, custom branding elements and designer furniture supplied by All Event Hire UK.
Working closely with the Assemble Events team, the production design created a polished and immersive conference environment, helping to elevate both the Annual Network Meeting and the inaugural Leadership Summit.
From branded lightboxes and digital content support to carefully considered furniture layouts and staging, every element was designed to create a seamless and engaging experience for delegates throughout the event.
