Gettin’ busy in the Highlands and Islands

We’ve been busy bees in 2023, so here’s a double whammy of top happenings relating to the far north of our fair country.

HIE Framework Success

Firstly, Team Cameron are delighted to be included on the Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) multi-supplier framework for Event Management!

Our trusty band of eventeers will now provide support with the planning, managing and successful running of a wide range of digital, hybrid and in-person events such as conferences, exhibitions, dinners and launches.

Most of the events will be held in the region, supporting the HIE internal event managers (FYI, region marked in green below), but on occasion our team will be travelling elsewhere in the UK and overseas!

Needless to say it’s a fantastic opportunity and we can’t wait to work with the amazing people in the Highlands and Islands region! Congrats to all and huge pats on the back all round.

‘The Cameron Family Tree’

We’re also super excited to get involved with treesforlife.org.uk and start our very own Highland Grove. As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and community benefits, Team Cameron have initiated a tree planting scheme, starting with the planting of 77 trees (one for each year Cameron has been in business – yep, we’ve been around that long).

We will then continue by planting a number of new trees every month as we look to offset our carbon footprint and continue on our road to Net Zero. Good for the environment and frankly beautiful to look at – just like us!

Our Green Team will be sure to keep y’all posted with regular updates on how the Grove is progressing….
