To help us on our mission, we’re on the hunt for a full-time Head of Event Production to join the Cameron clan.

 

Job Description

 

Must haves

· Competent in all areas of event planning including a wide knowledge of AV equipment

· Minimum 5 years’ experience working on live events

· Growth mindset, Always prepared to learn

Nice to haves

· Experience in Virtual and Hybrid Events

· Understanding of rigging and power distribution

 

Responsibilities

· Line management of PM and technical team

· Assigning projects to Production Managers

· Oversee events calendar

· Responsibility for department target

· Developing firm, strategic relationships with clients. Work closely with the client to really get under the skin of their objectives

· Report data back to COO, win loss, Improvements.

· Work with COO and DOO on team development / coach and develop the team in the production process, progress tracking

· Signing off holidays and verifying overtime claims

· Monthly meeting with PM team, log win / dead / lost

· Manage complex client contracts, account management / point of contact for client

· Managing projects from brief through to on-site delivery

· Taking client briefs and understanding their requirements

· Producing quotes, assisting on pitches & proposals

· Accurate use of current RMS booking system, scheduling

· Budget & financial management including margin analysis and cost analysis

· Marketing and promoting the company’s services – upselling and cross selling technical products

· Adhere to the processes, ensure all members of team follow process, ensure quality standards are adhered to.
