Position Summary

Cameron Events is seeking an experienced and organised Warehouse Manager to oversee our audio-visual equipment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations and ensuring the seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Maintain a precise record of all audio visual equipment and assets, track stock levels, and coordinate restocking and replenishment as needed.

Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of equipment.

Quality Control: Ensure that all audio-visual equipment is well-maintained and in perfect working condition. Implement regular quality checks and maintenance routines including PAT Testing.

Staff Management: Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.

Logistics: Coordinate and manage the logistics of equipment transport to event locations, including loading and unloading.

Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are strictly adhered to within the warehouse.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory status, equipment condition, and warehouse performance for senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the audio visual or events industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with audio visual equipment and technology.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
