Without exception, our expertise has consistently aligned with their expectations. This was especially evident in the production of the benchmark celebration for the BIP 40th anniversary dinner, marking 40 years of BIP Solutions in procurement.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you ( and your team ) for all of the help with last Friday’s event. The overall stage set looked great and certainly added to the overall success on the night.
For this event, we decided bigger was better and provided a 14m wide high-resolution LED backdrop with a central section for the main content, and separate sections to frame visual effects. This was further enhanced by a lighting rig situated between the screens to create dramatic movements, colour and texture during the awards and entertainment. Additional lighting was set up on the stage and around the ballroom to enhance the wow effect.
We supplied a live camera and operator relayed onto our LED screen to increase visibility and engagement.
A full range professional PA was utilised to ensure the key moments where heard perfectly, and the entertainment was loud, with clear sound that keeps the party going strong. This was all produced and delivered with our in-house equipment and expert production team.
The production was executed flawlessly, reinforcing our commitment to delivering for our clients on every event.
