50th Anniversary – Cameron Events

A landmark for an iconic brand

Founded in 1973, Linn Products are a ubiquitous name in the audio technology industry. On 27 March, they celebrated 50 years of audio excellence, inviting key trade partners and distributors from across the globe to join them for a fabulous 2 night celebration.

The festivities included a daytime event at their factory in Waterfoot and a glitzy champagne reception at Oran Mor, complete with 3-course dinner and accompanying 11 piece orchestra.

Cameron were delighted to work closely with Linn throughout the event, offering a comprehensive Event Management package to ensure all aspects of the event ran smoothly and nothing was left to chance.

Music to our ears

Cameron’s full event management service for Linn consisted of (amongst many other things) venue finding, pre-event management and liaising between Linn and the multiple venues.

A dedicated event manager and production manager ensured continuity and clear communication with the client throughout. This service included an initial site visit, weekly virtual meetings to provide updates, a detailed event schedule and a post-event budget reconciliation. Cameron’s A/V team were also involved, providing onsite production at the Linn Factory and at Oran Mor, including stage build, audio, LED wall and draping. The full boonah, as they say.

As part of our in-depth service, our event management team also sourced unique and memorable items for the event, such as branded, gold foil welcome cards, gift bags for bespoke Macallan Whisky gift bottles, branded lanyards and badges for each guest.

As the event unfolded, our intrepid Event Management team dealt with any unexpected challenges head on, and supported Linn throughout, ensuring delegates were happy and everything was on schedule.
