Events Industry Survey 2020: The Results

We sent out a state of the nation survey. . .

Our beloved events industry has taken a serious beating this year; with sweeping event cancellations in the first quarter, followed by an unprecedented, industry-wide pivot to virtual. In a matter of months, our working lives were completely changed, and event profs everywhere were struggling to see light at the end of the tunnel.

We wanted to do something. So, back in July we sent out a ‘state of the nation’ survey to take stock and find out how our industry is doing. By gathering and sharing this info, we wanted to help our fellow event profs find their feet and figure out how events will look in 2020/21.
